My craftsmanship, your expertise in HR

Welcome to my site.


I am an interim HR Professional. I have over 20 years of experience in the HR profession of which over 13 years have been as an interim professional. I have usually been able to perform a role as HR business partner / HR Manager at board / management level. This at (often well-known) organizations in the industry, logistics, FMCG and service providers in an international setting.


I know how to get things done and realize goals. I know how to translate business strategy into HR strategy, of course I also ensure the correct implementation of this strategy within the organization. I have a business-like and people-oriented style. I know how to position HR as the connecting factor between organization, employees and customer in an acceptable way. I use change management methods such as OGSM and Lean.

I work with vision, I am visible and know how to take employees with me in changing circumstances.

HR Sustainable Employability model
Of course, as an interim professional, I know that I always follow and support the vision of the client. Yet I also value sharing my own vision with you.

In my vision, HR strategy will achieve the best results if employees are sufficiently involved in the organization, feel like team members, enjoy their work and are maximally employable. In this way they will successfully support the required changes. The deployment of HR instruments is primarily aimed at improving the talent, increasing the passion and love of the employees both for their profession and for the organization and the ability to optimally serve the customer. But above all it is aimed at (sustainable) employability.  In this way HR makes an important contribution to the success of the organization.
